Unable to Login to WebsiteGear account

Most login problems are related to browser settings.
Make sure that cookies are accepted by your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), check Tools > Options > Privacy tab. This should be set to medium or lower.
For IE 6.0+ - If you want to keep the Privacy level high, then on the Privacy tab, click on Advanced button and check the box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and check the box for "Always allow session cookies".
For previous versions of IE - If you do not want to change the browser security settings, check whether your browser is set to accept session cookies. For IE, the settings are under Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced. Check the box for accepting session cookies.
