Web Poll Account Renewals
|
Web Poll account should be renewed before the expiration date on the account. To renew, follow the steps below:
- Log into your account.
- Click on "Web Poll Account" tab.
- Click on "Pay Now" link next to the Payment Type information under "Payment Information" section of the Web Poll Account home.
- Confirm the membership plan, duration and payment amount.
- Proceed with the payment and enter the credit card information in the next page.
- Once the payment is processed, a confirmation screen with the details will be shown.
- The Web Poll account will also reflect the new expiration date.
The payment receipt can be accessed from "Payment History" link under the "Account Home" tab. An email with the details of the payment will also be sent to the email address provided on the payment credit card information page.
