Cancel or Terminate Click Tracking Account
To cancel or terminate your click tracking account, log into your click tracking account and select "Cancel Membership" link in the left menu under "Membership".

Note that you will be charged for the billing period in which you cancel. The charges will include the base fees and any overage fees based on number of clicks accumulated during that billing cycle. Once you process the cancellation, all links in your account will be deactivated and no clicks will be recorded. Your account will be deleted within 15 to 30 days of cancellation.

We suggest that you cancel before the end of the next billing period in order to avoid charges for the next month. The next billing date is available in your click tracking account membership detail page.

In case you want to reactivate your canceled account before all data is deleted, contact customer support.
