Who can post to WebsiteGear Free Classifieds?

WebsiteGear Free Classifieds is open to all who fulfills the following criteria:
1. Is a registered user of WebsiteGear.com.
2. Did NOT register with an email address from a FREE email service provider - such as hotmail.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com.
3. Have verified the email address using our email verification process.
4. Have not spammed our classifieds or forum section before.
5. Obeys all posting guidelines mentioned in the Classifieds Guidelines FAQ.
We prevent any posting from users who register with a free email address, such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, because those generate the most spams in Classifieds section. Also, the classified ads are meant for businesses to post their offers and deals, and should be verified by their business email with their business domain name, and not free email addresses.
